High risk pregnancy
I first saw Jen when I was 6 ½ months pregnant, having multiple contractions every hour, and was taking Western drugs every 3 hours to help with the contractions. I was a high risk pregnancy, bedridden, with a high chance of miscarrying. I have suffered from anxiety for many years. I had gotten ear acupuncture in the past, but it never seemed to really help. I came into the clinic with extreme anxiety, really needing to be calmed down but not being able to do it on my own. After Jen put just a few needles in, I immediately felt a calm come over my body.
