Payment method

I accept cash, check, or credit card.  Full payment is due at time of service.  

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24hour notice is required.  Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours will be charged a $50 fee.   

Insurance

I do not accept insurance.  I will provide you with a receipt that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
